da mir neu war, dass man die Reihenfolge der Waffen ändern kann, hab ich gerade mal etwas gegoogelt, und hab etwas gefunden, wo jemand davon geschrieben hatt, dass es wohl einen BUG hierbei gab, so dass die Werte aus der gamemodes.txt die Werte der gamemodes_server.txt überschrieben haben.
Ich weiß jetzt leider nicht, ob der BUG weiterhin besteht, aber die Lösung für den beschriebenen Fall war, dass die entsprechenden Werte in der gamemodes.txt gelöscht wurden, und nur noch die Werte in der gamemodes_server.txt existent waren.
Anbei noch einmal die gamemodes_server.txt, mit der es bei den Leuten geklappt hatte. Keine Ahnung, ob dies jetzt auch noch funktioniert:
